In this screensaver, you'll see Crockett Falls in Tennessee's David Crockett State Park, which is located near Lawrenceburg, TN.
Using the techniques we learned from our previous waterfall screensaver, we've created this screensaver with similar effects. Only this time, we've created the effect so that it is much more visible. For years we searched for the best waterfall that we could animate. We finally found a small waterfall that could be best animated given the way the water moved. We took many pictures of the waterfall, along with video and sound. The final product which has been in the process of being tweaked for months, is to give the screensaver the appearance as if it were actually moving water. The waterfall is only an image. In reality the movement you see is only animation on top of that image.
This screensaver has two versions, one with sound and one without. The version with sound does not allow the sound to be muted. The screensaver acts too slowly if the sound is not embedded into the animation. Since the sound is embedded into the animation and not the screensaver software itself, it cannot be muted in the version with sound.
